Since October 2020, I joined D-Orbit in various roles: as Spacecraft System Engineer (2020-2023), Product Assurance Enginer (2021-2024), and as Space Debris Manager and Engineer (2023-current).
Since 2023 I cover the role of Space Debris Manager for multiple missions and senior Space Debris Mitigation Engineer on multiple projects, based on company needs.
The Company Mission
D-Orbit is a space logistic and orbit transportation provider for the traditional and new space sectors, with capabilities in satellite manufacturing, launch, deployment, operations, end-of-life strategies and solutions.
My Role and Responsabilities
I am responsible at the company level for drafting, releasing, and verifying Space Debris policies and documentation, including Space Debris Mitigation Plan and Report (SDMP, SDMR), and supervising related analysis (e.g. re-entry analysis, break-up and vulnerability analysis,… ).
Based on each project scope, contract and class, I ensure the applicability and compliance with SDM requirements, e.g. ECSS-AS-U-10C, ISO24113, ESSB-ST-U-004, and ESSB-ST-U-007.
